Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the seal or packaging has been opened.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
To start a refund or replacement request, email us at support@trytruealpha.com with:

A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

A short description of the issue
Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide further instructions.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are approved only under the following conditions:

The product arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong item

The order was lost in transit and not delivered
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped. After this window, we are unable to cancel the order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
