At True Alpha, we’re dedicated to your satisfaction and strive to ensure every order meets our high standards.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the seal or packaging has been opened for health and safety reasons.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund your order.

To start a return request, contact us at support@trytruealpha.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our support team will review your case within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items returned beyond 30 days from delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact support@trytruealpha.com to arrange an exchange.
